The 62nd Ann Arbor Film Festival Touring Program 1 includes nine award-winning and other short films of interest from Canada, Iceland, Israel, France, Switzerland, Ukraine, the UK, and the United States. Of the two AAFF touring programs, this one is geared more toward audiences who are newer to experimental and avant-garde film. Films in this grouping have won the 62nd AAFF Best Experimental Animation Award, Chris Frayne Award for Best Animated Film, the Edge of Your Seat Award, the Eileen Maitland Award, a Juror Award, Ken Burns Award for Best of the Festival, and the Prix DeVarti for Funniest Film.
